Measuring only 3.8 x 3.1 x 0.76 mm (including the actuator), the double-momentary action KMT 6 tactile switch series provides a lifespan of more than 150,000 electrical/mechanical cycles and is sealed to IP68 certifications — making it ideal for handheld and portable electronic devices. The first actuation force is set at 1.0 N, and the second at 2.0 N, with a minimum difference of 0.6 N between the two forces to ensure proper discrimination.
The RoHS-compliant and halogen-free switch features a maximum power rating of 0.5 VA and a minimum/maximum voltage of 20 mV to 32 Vdc with a minimum/maximum current rating of 1 mA to 50 mA.
