DSP workbench resides on desk

The WBC25 DSP workbench provides a complete DSP development environment
that resides on a desk, not in a PC. The system comprises a 50-MHz
TMS320C25 DSP, 128 Kwords of zero-wait-state SRAM, 64-K x 16-bit EPROM,
and 125-K x 8-bit flash memory. Communication is via a 16C450 UART RS-232
port, a parallel port, and an expanded, 256-port I/O. Peripherals include
three 10-MHz counter-timer channels and an eight-character dot-matrix LED
display. The board requires a 5-V supply and comes with a boot kernel and
direct-access C library routines. A Windows 3.1 software interface is also
