DSTN color LCD interfaces
with standard FPD drivers
Designed to interface with standard flat-panel-display drivers for PCs,
the HS47VGA 4.7-in. DSTN color LCD measures 140 (L) x 7 (W) x 98 (H) mm.
It offers a VGA resolution of 640 x 480 with a 0.13 x 0.03-mm dot size
and a 0.02-mm spacing. The display is backlit by a CCFT and offers a 30:1
contrast ratio.
The module requires a 15-V min power supply to drive the LCD and a 5-V
supply for the drive circuitry. Current use is 67.4 mA. Interfacing is
accomplished via a fault-resistant Molex 52437-30 connector. Other features
include a 1/240 duty multiplex driver, a nonglare surface, a 0° to
45°C operating temperature range, and a total weight of 116 g. (With
