Measuring 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.6 mm, the SC560 family of LDOs features a dropout of only 200 mV maximum at a current of 200 mA per output. The devices are optimized for battery-powered applications with a very low 100 µA quiescent current (both outputs enabled), and a 0.1 µA shutdown current.
Three devices, the SC560A, B and C, have adjustable output voltages on both LDOs, ranging from 1.2 to 3.3 V. The SC560A also features a low-noise bypass, while the SC560B offers a second LDO enable pin and the SC560C comes with a power good pin with 200-ms delay. The five other parts (SC560D, E, F, G, H) offer combinations of fixed voltage outputs for specific applications, ranging from 1.5V to 3.3V. ($0.40 ea/1,000—available now.)
