The AS1507 8-bit digital potentiometer with a high-performance EEPROM is ideal for use in low-power environments, using 500 nA max during standby and a low 200 µA max during operation, including the CMOS write current. Operating from a single supply of 2.7 to 5.5 V, the 256-tap potentiometer offers 10-, 50-, and 100-kΩ resistance and an end-to-end resistance temperature coefficient of 90 ppm/°C.
Available in a 16-pin TDFN package, the part delivers an INL of ±0.5 LSB max as well as a DNL of ±0.5 LSB max. A mute input signal allows a wiper reset to zero for both potentiometer registers. (Call company for pricing and availability.)
