The dual-channel 16-bit, 20/40/65/80 Msamples/s AD9269 A/D converter consumes 93 mW per channel, said to be 6.5 times lower than competing devices. Housed in a 64-pin LF-CSP package, the device includes a QEC and dc offset digital processing block.
The part features a high-performance sample-and-hold circuit and on-chip voltage reference. Operating from a 1.8-V supply, the part also features programmable clock and data alignment and programmable digital-test-pattern generation.
