The CMRDM3575 features dual-complementary n- and p-channel MOSFETs and consist of a 20-V, 160-mA n-channel and a 20-V, 140-mA p-channel MOSFET that are packaged in the ultraminiature SOT-963 surface-mount case. It suits power management applications including load/power switches, power supply converter circuits, synchronous load rectification, and buck conversion.
The complementary MOSFETs use 1.1 mm2 of board space and require 61% less board space than the SOT-563. It has a 0.5-mm package height targeting portable handheld electronic designs. ($0.16 ea/8,000 — available now.)
