The LPC4370 microcontroller targets high-speed data acquisition with a 204 MHz Cortex-M4 processor, a 204 MHz Cortex-M0 co-processor residing on a separate AHB multilayer matrix with for offloading control and I/O tasks, and an accurate 80 MHz 12-bit A/D converter. The chip has 264 kbytes of SRAM, 10/100 Ethernet, Hi-Speed USB, and a 1024 x 768 graphics LCD controller.
The IC has a Quad SPI Flash Interface, a 64 kbyte ROM for boot code and drivers, a 64-bit + 256 bit OTP memory, JTAG and Serial Wire Debug, serial trace, and an enhanced trace module. It also has 1588 timing support, two C_CAN 2.0B controllers, fast I2 C ports, and an external memory controller. It runs on 2.2 to 3.6 V and takes 25.3 ma at 60 MHz. It costs $3.96 ea/10,000.
