Dual FET Bus Switch

The CBT3306 is a dual FET bus switch with 5 Ω switch connection between two ports. When the output enable (nOE) input is HIGH, each switch will be disabled. This device is available in SO8, TSSOP8, XSON8, and XQFN8 packages.

The CBT3306 is characterized for operation from -40 ℃ to +85 ℃.
