Dual-gate logic devices feature tiny package

The 74LVC2G two-gate logic ICs are provided in the miniature and robust DFN1010 package, measuring only 1 mm square with a maximum off-board height of 0.4 mm. Six inverters and buffers have been initially introduced, each in a choice of simple, Schmitt trigger input, and open-drain types.

The 74LVC2G04, 2G06, 2G07, 2G14, 2G17, 2G34 devices are part of the LVC family with 1.65 to 5.5 V Vcc, –24-mA output drive at 3.0 V, and 4.1 to 6.0-ns rise times at 3.3 V. ($0.11 ea/10,000 — samples available now.)
