Dual-logic-gate ICs feature low power

LVP series dual-logic-gate ICs include five parts in two thin, compact 6-pin packages. The TC7PGxxAFE/GxxFU chips feature high speed, low-voltage drive, and up to 65% lower power consumption than standard logic.

Functions include dual inverters, buffers, and Schmitt inverters and Schmitt buffers. Two package options include the 1.6 x 1.6 x 0.55-mm ES6 and the 2.1 x 2.0 x 0.9-mm US6. ($0.11 to $0.12 ea/sample qty—samples available now.)
