The automotive-quality-rated TB9101FNG small brushed dc motor driver has dual H-bridge outputs. The device is fabricated using a fine-pitch BiCD process and offers low 0.6 typ. on resistance.
The small flat SSOP24-packaged IC has forward, reverse, stop, and brake modes for each output. It has overvoltage and overcurrent fault mode detection and uses a 7 to 18-V supply. Peak current out is 1.5 A. Sample pricing is $1 each and production is in February.
