Dual transistors come in SOT-228 package

Ideal for high-voltage amplifier applications, the CYT5551D and CYT5551HCD dual transistor arrays come in an 8- lead SOT-228 SMT package to save up to 50% board space when compared with two individual SOT-223 devices. The transistors are 160-V npn devices with a maximum VCE(sat) of 0.20 V at 50 mA and a minimum hFE of 80.

The CYT5551D has an IC rating of 600 mA, while the CYT5551HCD boasts a 1.0-A rating. (From $0.26 ea/1,000—available now.)
