Dual VCXO comes in tiny package

Measuring 9 x 14 mm, the VX-501 dual VCXO has two independent, selectable output frequencies from 20 to 700 MHz. The output signal is LVPECL, and the supply voltage is 3.3 V.

The part allows the designer to design a base station for different frequency bands and select the frequency by software. Typical phase noise is –90 dBc/Hz at 100 Hz. (Call company for pricing and availability.)
