EASY Software to Debut Advanced Archiving and Document Management Solutions at Lotusphere 2010

LOTUSPHERE, ORLANDO, FL. January 17, 2010 – EASY Software, a leader in document archiving and information management systems, will be showcasing its award-winning solutions for application and email archiving, document management and enterprise content management in Booth #628 at the Lotusphere Expo and Conference. Lotusphere is the leading industry event for the enterprise collaboration community worldwide. The conference will be held January 17 through 21 at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Florida.

EASY Software will showcase EASY NOTES, an application archiving solution that works with IBM Lotus Notes and Domino. With an enhanced retrieval function, users can search and create archived documents directly from Lotus Notes. The EASY NOTES application reduces the work load on the Lotus Notes database which results in better server performance and faster response time.
By streamlining the users' databases and archiving applications as well as email, EASY NOTES allows users to optimize their business processes while saving time and money. Additionally, implementing the “Single Instance” function (removing duplicates) in EASY NOTES causes significant savings potential in the storage environment. EASY NOTES offers a flexible solution to access all corporate content with seamless integration and securely archived data can be accessed without changing the user experience.
