Electrically isolating silicone

The MasterSil 705TC is an easy-to-use one part non-corrosive silicone used for high performance bonding, sealing and coating. This material is thermally conductive, electrically isolating, and cures at room temperature when exposed to atmospheric moisture. The off-white colored paste-like viscosity of the material is suitable for bonding applications and quickly sticks to metals, composites and plastics. As MasterSil 705TC is silicone based, it offers a degree of reworkability. In summary, it is a unique, “go to” product where a one component, thermally conductive, electrically isolating, room temperature curing system combined with high temperature resistance and excellent flexibility is desirable.
