The DIRS-4110 Power Shelf is a low-profile embedded power supply that provides high power density in a 1RU space. It offers a flexible, configurable solution for telecom and datacom applications such as storage and wireless transmission networks, data centers, and PoE, as well as industrial applications.
The power shelf packs 6 kW into a 19-in. rack with a controller, three 2-kW rectifiers, and output power distribution via breakers or GMT fuses. Rear-access ac-input and dc-output make installation and maintenance easy. A hinged front-cover plate allows access to ten GMT-fused outputs. Active current-sharing hot-swappable rectifiers provide ac-input and dc-output redundancy. The system also provides network and local monitoring (SNMP, TCP/IP, and RS232) via the controller. The power supply features a –40° to 70°C temperature range (full load), Ethernet/TCP-IP with SNMP, status/control functions, and is safety approved to UL 60950-1 / CE Mark (LVD).
