EMCO High Voltage Corporation Now ISO 14001:2004 Certified

Applies to all EMCO facilities

EMCO High Voltage Corporation has just announced that they have completed their ISO 14001:2004 certification, something that applies to all EMCO facilities.

A set of globally recognized standards for an organization’s environmental performance, the ISO certification helps companies reduce waste, save energy, and keep a tight grip on their environmental impact.

“EMCO’s mission is to deliver excellence and remain at the forefront of high voltage technology while safeguarding our environment. That means we take a proactive approach to addressing environmental issues. Completing ISO 14001:2004 certification confirms EMCO’s commitment to minimizing our impact on the environment,” said Mike Janto, Director of Quality Control at EMCO High Voltage Corporation.

Like each company seeking certification, EMCO had to undergo an independent assessment of its environmental management system, or EMS, by a certified registrar. The EMS of this company shows EMCO’s commitment for responsible environmental impact, and is in keeping with ISO 14001:2004.
