The THN-15 dc/dc converter modules offer 15-W output power in an encapsulated, shielded-metal package with dimensions of only 1 x 1 x 0.4 in. The series offers 20 single-output models with 2:1 or 4:1 input voltage ranges and regulated output voltages of 3.3, 5.0, 12, or 15 Vdc.
The circuit design provides efficiency ratings up to 88% with an operating temperature range of -40° to 85°C (with derating). It includes remote on/off, trimmable output voltage, output OVP, and 1,500-Vdc I/O isolation. Typical applications are mobile equipment, instrumentation, communications and industrial electronics.
