The MTC75 and MTC150 series of COTS board-mounted encapsulated dc/dc converters target military applications. The 75- and 150-W converters are available with single or dual outputs in a 2.4 x 2.28 x 0.68-in. package. They meet MIL-STD 704B-F with no extra components, and comply with MIL-STD 704 A-F, MIL-STD 1275A-D, and MIL-STD 461F with the addition of the company’s DSF and FSO series EMI filter modules.
The converter’s nominal input voltage is 28 Vdc, but can range from 10 to 40 Vdc, allowing end equipment to operate from a 12- or 28-Vdc source. Single output models are available in 3.3-, 5-, 12-, 15-, or 28-Vdc outputs. Dual-output models provide ±12 or ±15 Vdc. (Ea/500: MTC75, $241.80; MTC150, $280.80 — available now.)
