For ATR (Austin Turnbull Radio, formerly Air Transport Rack) needs in avionics and other applications, the ATR012 CC enclosure is currently available in a conduction-cooled 1/2 ATR short version, developed using a Wakefield-Vette frame. The unit is the first in a series that will include 1/2 and 3/4 sizes in the long and short ARINC formats in both fan convection and conduction-cooled versions.
Backplanes are available off-the-shelf or customized in CompactPCI, MicroTCA, OpenVPX, VME/64x, and other architectures. The unit features dip-brazed or “screwed and glued” options. (Contact Justin Moll for pricing — available now.)
