Combining a rich set of features with ease of use, the BusPro I2C entry-level I2 C bus analyzer has an introductory price of $995. Among the unit’s features is In-System Programming (ISP), which facilitates programming and verification of I2 C-compatible EEPROMs using an intuitive “one-click” interface to display and update memory contents.

Developers can monitor and log I2 C bus traffic in real-time with decoded I2 C protocol displayed to show the bus transactions. Hardware debugging features include exercising the I2 C bus and communicating with its peripheral components for “peek-and-poke” debugging. (Initially, $995; list, $1,250 available now.)
