The Epic HF ICD is the world's smallest and lightest 30 joule (delivered energy) biventricular ICD. Small size doesn't mean sacrifice, though. The Epic HF ICD features advanced resynchronization parameters along with 34 joules stored/30 joules delivered energy and a 7.5 second charge time.

The Epic HF model V-337 ICD features V-V timing optimization, providing programmable timing of right and left ventricular outputs to help ensure appropriate therapy and potentially reduce the number of non-responders.¹ With V-V timing optimization, clinicians may choose which ventricle to pace first and customize the delay for the second ventricle.
