Featuring high thermal conductivity and a dielectric strength of greater than 400 V/mil, the Supreme 11AOHT two-component epoxy adhesive cures at room temperature. The paste can be applied without sagging or dripping, even on vertical surfaces.
Mixing ratio is 1:1 by weight or volume. Operating temperature range is from –100° to 400°F. The adhesive bonds to both similar and dissimilar materials including metals, ceramics, glass, and most rubbers and plastics. Shear strength is 1,600 psi, aluminum to aluminum.
