Ethernet switch units are dust-/waterproof

The managed RS1 and the unmanaged RS2 IP67-compliant Ethernet switches feature eight Fast Ethernet ports on standard M12 connectors. The dust- and waterproof units support full- and half-duplex operation, high-speed nonblocking, and store-and-forward switching.

The 8.7 x 5.1 x 2.8-in. convection-cooled switches have layer 2 switching (IPv4/IPv6), QoS support with four traffic classes and IEEE 802.1p, an 8-kword MAC lookup table with automatic learning and aging, and redundant power supplies operating from a 9 to 36-V input.
