Designed for housing Eurocards for desktop, 19-in. rack-mount, or portable applications, the Eurotec caseframe can be configured in numerous ways by choosing different combinations of standard parts; the most popular options are defined with a single order code.
Cases that accept 3U and 6U Eurocards with depths of 240, 360, and 480 mm offer a choice of backplane or DIN41612 connector rear extrusions and three thermal-management options. Also offered are 4U and 7U units fitted with ½U-high reversible ventilated covers, and 5U and 8U versions fitted with a ½U ventilated top and a 1½U bottom (with front filter) that accepts a drop-in fan tray.
