External supplies have universal input

Three versions of a line of external power supplies employ universal
input and are designated the TPES20 (20 W), TPES40 (40 W), and TPES60 (60
W). Load regulation is 2%, and cross-regulation 0.2% on the main output.
Noise-and-ripple is 1% peak-to-peak. Switching frequency is 25 kHz,
and transient response less than 3 ms following a 50% load change.
Operating temperature range is 0 to 40oC, with no derating. ($70
