The FM24V01-G and FM25V01-G 128-Kbit nonvolatile F-RAM memories operate over 2.0 to 3.6 V and meet stringent AEC-Q100 Grade 3 automotive qualification standards. The devices operate from 40° to 85°C and come in 8-pin SOIC packages.
The FM24V01, with a serial I2 C interface, has an active current of 90 µA (typical at 100 kHz) and the FM25V01 has an active current of 2.5 mA using a 40-MHz SPI bus.
