Fans cool solid-state lighting

The OA109AP and OA172SAP series of thermally-controlled ac and dc fans target the cooling of solid state lighting. The smart fans deliver airflow to help prevent premature LED component failure due to excessive heat. Its thermal controller increases or decreases the speed of the fans in response to the air temperature.

The thermally-controlled smart-ac-fans feature a ball bearing design that reduces noise and delivers airflows ranging from 62 to 110 cfm for the OA109AP series and from 103 to 212 cfm for the OA172SAP series. The fans feature 308 Vac and 480 Vac, standard dc voltages of 5, 12, 24, 48, and 60 Vdc, and custom dc voltages of 28 and 36 Vdc. The dc fans can be IP55-sealed. (From $21 ea — available now.)
