Fast DSA boosts performance for BTS, test apps
The TQP4M9083 7-bit digital step attenuator (DSA) delivers a low insertion loss of 1.5 dB at 2 GHz, a high switching speed of 118 n/s, and advanced, fine-grain resolution required by designers of base station transceivers, test equipment and many other similar applications. Additional features include up to 31.75 dB of attenuation in 0.25-dB steps, a frequency range from 400 MHz to 3.5 GHz, and an input third-order intercept of 55 dBm.
The DSA uses a TTL / CMOS-compatible SPI controller for changing attenuation states and meets stringent Class 1C HBM (up to 2 kV) ESD requirements. It is offered in a 24-pin, 4 x 4 mm QFN package.(Contact company for pricing — available now)
