Fast embedded flash drive has 64 Gbyte capacity

The iNAND 7132 embedded flash drive is built with SanDisk’s 1Y nanometer 3-bit-per-cell technology and uses the e.MMC 5.0+ specification. The IC comes in 16, 32, and 64 Gbyte capacities with a 11.5 x 13 mm package with 0.8 or 1.0 mm thickness.

The chip feature sequential write/read speeds up to 125/280 Mbytes/s and runs from a core voltage of 2.7 to 3.6 V and host voltage of 1.7 to 1.95 V. Operating temperature is -25° to 85°C. The IC is said to support up to 3 f/s of RAW image capture. Available now.
