The Nytro XF1440 2.5 inch and Nytro XM1440 M.2 NVMe solid state drives target enterprise and cloud applications with high levels of reliability and endurance. They feature a PCIe Gen 3 ×4 interface. The SSDs storage density is up to 1.6 Tbytes in the 2.5-inch × 7 mm form factor and up to 800 Gbytes in the M.2 form factor. Endurance is 3 drive writes/day.
The drives sequential read/write speed (peak) is 2700/1200 Mbytes/s. 4K random read/write speed is 200,000/34,000 IOPS. Average read/write power is 9 W for the 2.5 inch and 7 W for the M.2 version. The MTBF of both drives is 2 M hours and they can handle a 0.5 ms shock of 1500 Gs.
