Fast NVMe PCIe SSD holds 3.2 Tbytes

The 3.2 Tbyte capacity SM1715 NVMe PCIe solid-state drive uses proprietary 3D V-NAND in a half-height, half-length PCIe card form factor. The drive features high reliability, with 10 DWPDs (drive writes per day) for five years.

The SSD has a sequential read speed of 3,000 Mbytes/s and writes sequentially at up to 2,200 Mbytes/s. It randomly reads at up to 750,000 IOPS and writes randomly at up to 130,000 IOPS. The drives exact availability date was not yet given.
