FET module delivers 50% space savings

The FDMS9600S and FDMS9620S FET highly integrated modules combine high-side and low-side n-channel MOSFETs, and one monolithically integrated Schottky diode into a space-saving 5 x 6-mm MLP package. The devices suit notebook computers, small desktops, blade servers, advanced gaming systems, and telecom equipment.

The internal MOSFETs thermally balance the high- and low-side FETs for optimal temperature distribution. The pinout of the FDMS96xx series also aids direct connection to standard PWM controllers and reduces parasitic inductances in layout traces.
