The fine-pitch, gull-wing SMT connector series comprises the 860-10-0XX-30-002000 headers and the 861-13-0XX-30-002000 sockets. Both RoHS-compliant, the headers and sockets have 3 to 26 positions, a 1-mm pitch, and a board-to-board stack height less than 7.62 mm, suiting them for highly compact designs where space is at a premium.
In addition, the diameter of the leads -0.36 mm for the socket and 0.38 mm for the header – leaves a tiny footprint, saving valuable PCB space. With gold-plated shells, contacts, and pins, the sockets and headers ensure superior wear resistance and high conductivity, as well as gas-tight connection when mated. The gull wing design of the connectors, which have a current rating of 2 A, allows more effective and efficient inspection of the solder joints.
