Firewall appliance protects industrial networks

The IFW330 industrial three port firewall with NAT/VPN/router is designed for safety and security of automation networks. It protects industrial control systems and mission-critical assets against cyber threats with stateful packet inspection, denial of service (DoS) protection, and intrusion detection and prevention (IDP).

The unit supports IPv4 and IPv6 and throughput rates of up to 500 Mbits/s with EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, Lonworks, Profinet, Modbus, DNP protocol management. The fanless unit operates over 40° to 75°C. It uses an Atom processor E3815 with 2 Gbytes of DRAM and 2 Gbytes of CompactFlash and has a VGA port, USB 2.0, a 4-channel DIO, one RS-232 port, and one RS-485 port.
