Fixed attenuators work over dc to 8 GHz

The VFAT003-010/VFAT006-010/VFAT010-010/VFAT020-010 family of fixed attenuators offers 3-, 6-, 10-, and 20-dB attenuation, respectively. Offered in a miniature 1.5 x 2.0-mm leadless package, these parts work over the broad frequency range of dc to 8 GHz.

They maintain a flatness of typically 0.2 dB for the VFAT003-010/VFAT006-010, 0.3 dB for the VFAT010-010, and 0.4 dB for the VFAT020-010. In addition, the VFAT003-010 offers a VSWR of 1.15 and the VFAT006-010/VFAT010-010/VFAT020-010 a value of 1.2. (Contact company for pricing — available now.)
