A line of low-capacitance flange resistors lower parasitic capacitance in RF power combiners. Capacitance range is from 0.30 to 1.60 pF and power rating is from 20 to 125 W.
The capacitors are constructed on copper flanges and BeO ceramic for low thermal resistance and capacitance. The IPP-RB201LC-XXX operates from dc to 6.0 GHz, the IPP-RB203LC-XXX from dc to 4.2 GHz, the IPP-RB205LC-XXX from dc to 4.0 GHz, the IPP-RB206LC-XXX from dc to 3.0 GHz, and the IPP-RB213LC-XXX from dc to 2.5 GHz.
