Flash memory features fast page read

The SST38VF6401 64-Mbit (4-M x 16) multipurpose flash memory features 90-ns read-access time, 25-ns page-read-access time, and a 4-word page-read buffer. It incorporates enhanced protection features enabling the prevention of unauthorized access.

The chip features 4-mA active and 3-µA standby currents, with endurance of 100,000 cycles minimum. It comes in 48-ball TFBGA and 48-lead TSOP packages. ($3.95 ea/10,000samples available now.)
