The PPC2-G-6.5-359 open-frame flat-panel PC speeds time to market with a color touchscreen display and Pentium-class SBC mounted in an open aluminum frame. The PC supports Windows XPe and Linux along with x86-based real-time executives, utilities, and drivers. Its back provides easy connection for I/O and power cables.
The unit has an analog resistive touchscreen, a 500-MHz Geode LX800 processor, up to 1 Gbyte of DRAM, old cathode fluorescent backlighting, and a Compact Flash socket. The unit operates from –25° to 70°C, and 12-and 15-in. screen size units are also available. ($1,295 — available now.)
