Flip-chip resistors allow terminal inspection
Available in case sizes from 0302 to 0805, the RCX PW Series partial-wrap terminal resistors feature an exposed solder fillet designed to facilitate visual inspection of the terminal joint. The flip-chip resistors perform to 40 GHz depending on size and are available in values from 10 Ω to 2 KΩ.
The PtAg terminals are available with or without a solder coating and suit applications such as high-frequency radio communications, microwave, and radar. (Contact Russell Huot for pricing and availability.)
