Focusable IP54 laser module targets machine alignment

The ILM12F laser module series targets industrial environment applications. It features a quick screw-in and connect operation, and an integrated metric ISO M12 threading in a stainless steel laser housing. The module is suitable for aligning machines, adjusting or positioning machine parts such as the drill core to a workpiece. The lasers are well protected and are not affected by dust or splashing water meeting IP54 requirements.

The laser module offers red (635 nm) or green (520 nm) light versions. The light is visible even on dark or structured surfaces, including black rubber, gray steel, or painted sheet metal. However, to the human eye, green light appears more than twice as bright as red light at the same amount of power. The laser module is manually focused without a tool featuring working distances from 10 cm to infinity.
