The PS7141E-1A solid-state telecom relay is a single-channel 1-Form-A device designed as a cost-effective solution for hook-switch and pulsed-dial applications. Housed in a 6-pin DIP, the device offers a load current of 120 mA and a breakdown voltage of 400 V.
Featuring a RON of 37 W typ, the device integrates a GaAs LED on the device's input side and two MOSFETs on the output side. The relay comes in lead-free versions. ($0.75 ea/1,000�available now.)
