QFP socket meets test, burn-in needs
The QPI series small-outline socket accommodates 0.5-mm plastic quad
flatpack sockets. It is available in versions for 80, 100, 144, and 208
pins. A socket lid uniformly distributes mating force across the package,
and the socket's base seats the package body without misaligning the
leads. Socket material is glass-filled polyethersulfone, and contacts are
gold-over-nickel-plated beryllium copper. The operating temperature range
is -55 degrees to +170 degreesC, and contact resistance 30 m Ω.
