Free GNU tools support H8/300
Developers using the Hitachi H8/300 microcontroller can use a GNU toolset
ported from the Free Software Foundation and developed by Cygnus Support
for Hitachi. The tools run on a PC host. The set includes gcc/H83, an
ANSII-compliant compiler, gdb/H83 a source debugger/simulator; gas/H83, an
assembler; and ld/H83, which links modules and builds ROM images.(Set with
