Freescale Kinetis K21/22 Low-Power Development Board In Stock at Mouser

August 8, 2013 – Mouser Electronics, Inc. is the first to stock Freescale’s Development Board for the Kinetis K Low-Power 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 MCUs with floating-point unit, USB connectivity, and enhanced security.

Freescale's TWR-K21F120M Development Board is designed for the Kinetis K21 and K22 120-MHz 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 MCUs with Floating Point Unit. The TWR-K21F120M is a Tower MCU Module featuring the MK21FN1M0VMC12 a Kinetis microcontroller in a 121 MAPBGA package with USB 2.0 full-speed on-the-go (OTG) controllers and system security and tamper detection with a secure real-time clock with independent battery supply. It is intended for use in the Freescale Tower System but can also operate stand-alone. An on-board OSJTAG debug circuit provides a JTAG interface and a power supply input through a single micro-USB connector. Mouser is also stocking the Freescale’s Kinetis K21/22 Series MCUs that offer 120-MHz 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 core MCUs with floating point unit, USB connectivity, and enhanced security.
