Enabling Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functionality in a smaller space, the AWL9230/9231/9232 front-end ICs integrate a power amplifier, a low-noise amplifier, a Bluetooth path, and an RF antenna switch in a 3 x 3 x 0.55-mm package. The AWL9230 achieves 3.5% EVM and draws 140 mA of current at an output power of 19 dBm, the AWL9231 achieves 3.5% EVM and draws 135 mA at an output power of 18 dBm, and the AWL9232 achieves 3.5% EVM and draws 175 mA at an output power of 21 dBm.
