Fujitsu: 8-bit µCs Target Consumer Applications

The MB95F146 is a 32-pin microcontroller suitable for small, embedded applications like managing the power supply and remote controller of digital A/V equipment and systems. The MB95F156H comes in 48-pin and 52-pin packages, with an LCD display controller, making it an ideal design choice for portable equipment, remote control, air-conditioning systems and other applications.

Adds to Low-Power, High-Speed F²MC-8FX Family Developed to Meet Market Requirements

MB95F146 and MB95F156H are 8-bit microcontrollers for digital audio-video, portable radios, and household appliances. Both devices have 32 Kbytes of flash ROM and 1 Kbyte of RAM, a UART, an eight-channel 10-bit A/D converter, up to eight external interrupts, a pulse generator, a timer, and a watchdog.

The MCUs expand the Fujitsu Flexible Microcontroller series, the F2MC-8FX family, which was introduced in March 2004 to deliver optimal power consumption and performance for the consumer electronics and appliance markets.
