Full bridge DC brush motor driver

The BD62321HFP is a full bridge driver designed for brush motor applications. The device can operate at a wide range from 6 V to 32 V of power supply voltages with output currents of up to 3 A. MOS transistors in the output stage allow PWM speed control. The BD62321HFP is pin compatible with the BD623xHFP series.
