Fully differential IF amp achieves 50 dBm OIP3

The LTC6430-15 is a 15 dB amplifier that achieves a high dynamic range in a 100 Ω differential environment from 20 MHz to 1 GHz and beyond. Additional features include a noise figure of 3 dB, an input-referred amplifier noise of 1 nV/√Hz, a linear output swing of greater than 2.75 Vp-p, and a dc power consumption of 800 mW. P1dB is typically 24 dBm. 

Two performance grades are available: at 240 MHz, the A-grade OIP3 is typically 50 dBm and is fully tested and guaranteed to be a minimum of 47 dBm. Housed in a 4 x 4 mm QFN-24 package, the part also feature an operating voltage from -40º to 85ºC, a single supply voltage of 5 V and current consumption of 160 mA.
